| Here is a close up of the label on the Do-It Best Paint can. It is cheap paint at $2.50, so just in case, I used Rustoleum Dark machiney gray for the first undercoat and then sprayed the Do-It Best paint on for the final coat. |

Here is a pic showing the differences in the types of paint.
On the bottom is an original piece of the saw with the original
Delta dark gray. On the left is the Rustoleum Dark Machinery Gray. On the right is the Do-It Best #2038 Medium Gray. This is the closest I've found as a match to Delta's original color in a ready to spray form. |

When applying racing stripes: A) Make sure the object is NOT moving;...and B) That both you and the object are on level ground. |

Make it Sharp!! re: Original Color: Any paint'll do... even the color once used on cousin Herb's rototiller...that way you won't lose the saw. |
